5 STAR TALENT SHOW
After 4 months of rehearsing, it's very nearly time for the 5 STAR TALENT show! YEAH!!
On Thursday 20th April, Superstars who are performing in the Talent show and who also attend Drama, will rehearse from 4.15pm until 6.30pm.
This will enable us to run the songs in order, timing the rehearsal.
Drama will still take place as usual.
Any Superstars who don't attend Drama but would like to stay until 6.30pm are very welcome.
They should be aware that they will be an audience for the actors during the Cinderella Drama rehearsal.
Megastars will rehearse from 4.30pm - 7pm.
Performers will be wearing their 5 STAR TALENT pink vest tops with their black 5 STAR TALENT Dance leggings.
If they don't have the 5 STAR TALENT Dance leggings yet, plain black lycra dance leggings should be worn.
Black lycra Dance leggings are shiny material, different to the black leggings they wear as everyday clothes.
Black lycra dance leggings can be ordered for next day delivery on Amazon.
Hair should be tied back off the face. Short hair that can't be tied back, will need a headband to keep it out of the performers eyes.
Dancers will perform dance routines that they choreographed, as well as group routines taught in class.
The Talent show venue is The Poynton Centre which is where they performed Jack in the Beanstalk last November.

The Talent show will start at 4.30pm. Doors will open for the audience at 4.15pm.
The venue currently does not have anyone licenced to run the bar. You're very welcome to bring your own drinks and refreshments. The venue does have a car park. If the car park becomes full, the Waitrose car park is less than a 5 minute walk.
Performers will need to be at The Poynton Centre for 2.15pm for a full run through.
If any grown-ups can help to set out the audience chairs at 2.15pm, that would be great. It will take less than 10 minutes if we have lots of helpers.
Most parents have bought the tickets that they require. If any additional tickets are required, payment can be given at Thursdays class.

Sunday 15th October is the date that 5 STAR perform their Cinderella pantomime on stage at The Woodford Community Centre.
The Superstars and Megastars have been super busy learning new dance routines to perform in the Cinderella pantomime. The Allstar Actors have been rehearsing the 'Cinderella' pantomime script.
Many of them have now learnt their ACT 1 lines off script.
All performers are required to wear a 5 STAR top to class and at events. Wearing the same clothing, gives a feeling of being part of a team. Please help your performer remember, to wear suitable clothing for class.
If a student is asthmatic, they should bring their inhaler with them to class.
If a student has allergies that require urgent medication, please hand it to the teacher at the start of class.
