To book an entertainer you can phone us, text, email or send a Facebook message to see if your chosen date and time are available. We will ask for the date, time and full party venue address including postcode in order to check availability.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to be paid to ensure nobody else can book your entertainer. If a booking fee is not paid within two days, we assume that you no longer wish to book an entertainer and the time slot will be available to book by another client.

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to book the entertainer at the time of enquiry. Some clients prefer to pay the full payment at the time of booking. Other clients prefer to pay the remaining balance on the day of the party. Payments are made via online banking.

Once the non-refundable booking fee has been paid, the entertainer is booked for your preferred time slot. If you need to change your booking then this is possible subject to availability. No changes to dates are possible in the 16 days prior to the party date. This is due to the fact, an entertainer is unlikely to get a replacement party booking, so close to the previously arranged date. Changing any aspect of your booking may not be possible due to other client bookings taking place. It is recommended that you are certain of all details at the time of booking. Any changes must be put in writing via email even if it has been discussed over the phone. Changes to your booking may incur an admin charge and possible travel charges if you change to a venue that is further to travel to.

Due to the quality of our entertainers, clients book up to twelve months in advance which is why a non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve an entertainer.

We allow enough time for our entertainers to reach you with plenty of time to set up before the party. However, we cannot control traffic, accidents, weather or being given the wrong postcode for the event venue. On the extremely rare occasion that our entertainers are running late due to forces outside our control, the entertainer will attempt to phone or text you. Our entertainers always attend every event when a booking fee has been paid. Entertainers will perform for the full time that you have booked. Even on an occasion in 2014, when one of our entertainers was suffering with severe illness, she still attended the party and event that we had received a booking fee for. The majority of our entertainers are also parents so we understand how important your child's birthday parties and events are. We will do everything in our power to ensure that children have a magical day.

If you have to cancel your booking, your booking fee is non-refundable.

No refunds are given once entertainment has been carried out.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking. We will only cancel a booking under extreme circumstances that are beyond our control. In such a case, you will receive 100% refund of any payment that has been made. We have never cancelled a booking where we received a non-refundable booking fee within the two day enquiry period.
